The Dream Center Gulf Coast is a volunteer-driven organization that is designed to find and fill the needs of the people in Houston.

We will be doing this through mobile hunger relief and medical programs, residential rehabilitation programs adults, a shelter for victims of human trafficking, transitional housing for homeless families, foster care intervention programs, job skills training, life skills, counseling, basic education, Bible studies and more. We work to meet people where they are at, to bring them hope and a way off the streets.

Dream Center Gulf Coast is an  inner city resource that will bring hope and restoration to the broken.

At the core of our mission and vision is the desire to be the premier inner city resource for the City’s at-risk population — a drive that invariably relieves the City’s already heavily burdened social services community and improves the target area locations by fostering positive and holistic neighbor-helping-neighbor philosophies.

Isaiah 65:24  Before they call I will answer; while they are still speaking I will hear.

Luke 14:23  And the Lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.

Dream Center Gulf Coast purpose is to reconnect isolated people to God and a community of support by providing human services that address immediate and long-term needs in the areas of homelessness, hunger, poverty, addiction, education, and human trafficking.

To reach out to people and show them the incredible potential we believe lies within the lives of at-risk youth, the homeless, and the needy families of our community by restoring hope and allowing them to dream again.

We believe there is raw, untapped talent all over the world, in nations, states, and in every community. Our passion and plan is to create a Christ based safe place where anyone can come and perform music, dance, art, whatever it may be, and expose/share their talent. It is so important to help people identify their gifts and talents, to show them that God has them here for a purpose. To go further to teach them how to use those gifts to bless their generation; to raise up leaders who will awake and impart a continuum of the heartbeat of this ministry to their generation and the next.

Isaiah 58:9-14  Then you will call, and the Lord will answer; you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I.
“If you do away with the yoke of oppression, with the pointing finger and malicious talk, and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday. The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail. Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings. “If you keep your feet from breaking the Sabbath and from doing as you please on my holy day, if you call the Sabbath a delight and the Lord’s holy day honorable, and if you honor it by not going your own way and not doing as you please or speaking idle words, then you will find your joy in the Lordand I will cause you to ride in triumph on the heights of the land and to feast on the inheritance of your father Jacob.”
The mouth of the Lord has spoken

Below is a “vision list” of programs the Dream Center will be offering to Houston.  Being that we are looking for a facility to house the Dream Center the majority of these programs will come at a later time, however we are STILL a Dream Center without the building and we will be proceeding with ADOPT-A-BLOCK as our first program in Houston.

This is the heart of the Dream Center Gulf Coast. Going out and serving the community in any way possible. On Adopt-a-Block you’ll go along with us to a community to clean, sweep, paint, minister, pick up trash, visit, build relationships, pray and do whatever we can to show the love of Christ. Our goal is to let people know that we are here to help them in any way possible.

Our mission is to reach, without prejudice, to the homeless community. Our goal is to provide meals to those living on the streets, under bridges, and in the shelters of our city. We will use the meals as a tool to draw large crowds of people so that we can effectively and lovingly share God’s love with those that we serve and meet on the streets. We also will give clothes to those in need. We will offer to pray with them and listen to their stories. Some of the people want to talk, others don’t. Some of them want us to pray for them or their families, others politely say no. So we pray and minister with those that will allow us, and we pray for those that won’t allow us. Our mission is to help lead these people one person at a time into a better life by leading them into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ with the help of the Holy Spirit.

We will offer a nurturing and secure location with programs and services to address the specific developmental, physical and psychological needs of  people.  Restoring and rebuilding the shattered lives of children and adults rescued from commercial sexual exploitation and forced labor.

The Dream Center Gulf Coast will be working with local law enforcement to help people escape abuse and receive a fresh start in life.  Through viable networks with law enforcement agencies and community-based organizations, The Dream Center will be taking the first important steps toward establishing tangible methods and techniques to effectively deliver, heal, and restore the effects human trafficking has on its victims.

We believe that no child should be taken away from loving parents because of poverty. We will be building relationships with the Department of Family and Children’s Social Services to receive family referrals from social workers on a weekly basis. We will go out and deliver food, clothes, furniture, beds, appliances, baby supplies, and anything else that these families need in order to keep their children. More importantly, to build relationships with these families with the hopes that one day they will come to church and accept Jesus into their hearts.

The Dream Center Living Foster Care Relief Program provides furnished suites for young single men and women between the ages of 18 and 21 who have aged out of the Foster Care System.  A dedicated group of staff will provide a loving, Christ-centered environment in which the youth can thrive in learning life skills, obtain education, access to legal aid and health assistance if needed.

By operating an onsite cafeteria and delivering bagged groceries to some people in need, seven days a week. Single mothers, families living below the poverty level, and the elderly are the primary recipients. This program will help to alleviate hunger in some of the most impoverished communities in Houston.

God has placed in my heart a passion for this generation; to restore the house of prayer that King David built. The need for full-time laborers in the house of prayer is as great now as it was then. In Acts, the Apostle James, quotes Amos reminding the crowd of God’s promise to restore this night and day prayer ministry to the whole earth before the Second Coming of Christ .

I also know that Jesus’ ministry always began with prayer, and as his followers we to imitate the pattern that he laid out in his ministry: prayer followed out by action and good works.

September 4, 2015 I launched Friday Night Prayer Gatherings and  people from all over Houston have been gathering together to pray every Friday night since September.  Prayer is POWERFUL and literally effects change in your life and I just can’t wait to see what God has in store for us this year! I know that last year seemed kind of like “pushing a pull door” for some people (I know it did for me) but I FULLY believe that this year door are swinging wide open and people will be walking out the call of God like never before! I can feel in my bones an excitement and expectation like never before and I am so honored to be able to hit the ground running in unity with people who are humbly seeking after the heart of God for this generation!
I am personally sending out a clarion call to my generation to come back to the HOUSE OF PRAYER AKA THE POWER HOUSE!!!
As the Dream Center Gulf Coast is cultivated and built on prayer, a 24/7 HOUSE OF PRAYER and WORSHIP will be built on site to continue the legacy that prayer built.
IF MY PEOPLE is open to anyone and everyone in Houston.
Bring your friends and family and come expecting!
We pray for our nation, our city, the nation of Israel, the body/bride of Christ (Church), inner healing in the body of Christ, salvation, peace, government leaders, personal one on one prayer and more…
We want to be ready to have an ear to HEAR what the SPIRIT is saying to us the church.
We usually pray until after 12AM. People typically come and go as their schedules permit so don’t worry about showing up late.

All are welcome so don’t feel shy or scared if you’ve never been here before! There is a great community of people here and I promise you’ll feel right at home. Even if you’ve never been in an atmosphere of prayer or maybe you don’t even know how to pray that’s ok! We do not put anyone on the spot or make anyone feel uncomfortable. We usually start out with music/worship, someone will usually speak about what God has been putting on their heart, and then we open the evening up to anyone who would like to pray.

Every Friday night gets more and more intense, and the POWER of prayer in this place is increasing in such a way that the presence from Friday nights prayer is carrying with us all when we leave on Friday and it’s going with us throughout the week and the spirit of prayer in us all is getting stronger and stronger by the day! By the time people come to gather on Friday nights you can literally sence and you KNOW that God is going to move in this place! People are coming in FULL expectancey KNOWING that God is moving! There is such a desire and hunger in this place that I literally sometimes don’t know if I want to cry, scream, fall over, run around or maybe just do all of it at the same time! LOL And I’m not the only one who feels this way!

G O D is doing B I G things through these prayer meetings and I want EVERYONE to be here on Friday Nights because I feel that we are literally at the TIPPING POINT and God is about to drop down His GLORY in Houston like an “ATOM BOMB” ! The Lord spoke so clearly to me a few weeks ago that He was about to drop down His GLORY like an ATOM BOMB which if you look up that word it means:
– ” a bomb whose enormous explosive power is due to the “sudden” release of energy resulting to the splitting of nuclei of a heavy element by neutrons in a VERY RAPID CHAIN REACTION.”
Which an ATOM BOMB is “heavy” and it holds much weight.
-I believe it was a prophetic word for the Glory that is about to hit the earth and I believe it will be something that we have never seen before in history!
We will be serving communion and light refreshments following each prayer gathering.

*For the sake of minimizing distractions we respectfully ask that this be an ADULT ONLY EVENT.

Acts 15:16  “After this I will return and rebuild David’s fallen tent. It’s ruins I will rebuild, and I will restore it”.

Isaiah. 62:6-7  I have posted watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or
night. You who call on the LORD, give yourselves no rest, and give him no rest till he
establishes Jerusalem and makes her the praise of the earth .”

Mark 1:35-38  “While it was still night, way before dawn, he got up and went out to a secluded spot and
prayed. Simon and those with him went looking for him. They found him and said,
“Everybody’s looking for you”. Jesus said, “Let’s go to the rest of the villages so I can
preach there also. This is why I’ve come”.

James 1:27  “External religious worship (religion as it is expressed in outward acts) that is pure and unbelished in the sight of God the Father is this: to visit and help and care for the orphans and widows in their affliction and need,”.

Matthew 25:40  “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me’.

Lamentations 2:19  As each night watch begins, get up and cry out in prayer. Pour your heart out face-to-face with the Master. Lift high your hands. Beg for the lives of your children who are starving to death out on the streets.

We’re walking on water, our eyes are on you, we’re walking on water, we’re coming after you Jesus….
